Oralynk Orlando ("Oralynk," "we," "us") connects patients with independent dental specialists in the greater Orlando area. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This is a beta service and this policy may change as the Service evolves.

Important: Oralynk is a directory and matching service, not a dental or medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice. Any care you receive is provided by the independent practice you choose, under that practice's own policies and records.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details: name, mobile number, and/or email address.
Request details: the type of care or specialty you're seeking, treatment preferences, referral status, insurance carrier, ZIP code or general location, timing, and any accommodations you tell us about (e.g., sensory-friendly needs).
Provider information (for dental practices joining the network): practice name, address, specialty, license/NPI details, and account contact.
Payment information (providers only): processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data (browser type, pages viewed, referring page), IP address, and cookies or similar technologies used for basic analytics and site functionality.

We do not knowingly request or store sensitive medical records. Please share only the information needed to be matched to the right specialist.

2. How we use information

To match you with, and route your request to, appropriate dental specialists in your area.
To notify a practice of your interest and help you book or connect.
To send you messages about your request (see SMS below).
To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service.
To process provider subscriptions and manage provider accounts.
To comply with law and enforce our terms.

3. How we share information

With dental practices you ask to be connected to, so they can respond to your request.
With service providers who operate the Service on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing via Stripe, communications) under obligations to protect the data.
For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security.
In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Oralynk and/or the matched practice about your request and appointment (e.g., confirmations and follow-ups). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.

5. Payments

Provider subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and security standards; Oralynk does not store card numbers.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data security & retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults (including parents and guardians acting for a minor). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your choices & rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of communications, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Third-party sites

The Service may link to third-party websites (including provider sites). Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
